This page explains how GudFinds (gudfinds.shop) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. What We Collect

When you order or contact us:

  • your name, mobile number and delivery address;
  • your email address and password, if you make an account;
  • the items you order and the order amount;
  • messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or on our contact page.

Automatically, when you visit:

  • device and browser details such as browser type, operating system and IP address;
  • pages you open, items you view or add to your cart, and orders you place;
  • cookies and similar tools (see section 4).

2. Why We Use It

  • To process and deliver your order, including the confirmation call or message.
  • To help you with replacements, refunds and questions.
  • To send order and delivery updates, and offers only if you agree to them.
  • To understand how our website is used and make it better.
  • To see which of our ads work and spend on them wisely.
  • To stop fake orders and fraud, and to follow the law in Pakistan.

3. Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information. We only share what is needed with:

  • Courier companies – name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel and collect payment;
  • Service providers – such as our website hosting and messaging tools;
  • Advertising and analytics partners – such as TikTok, Meta and Google (see section 4);
  • Government authorities – only when the law requires it.

4. Cookies, Pixels and Ads

Cookies keep your cart saved and remember your choices. We may also use advertising tools such as the TikTok Pixel, the Meta Pixel and Google tags. These tools record things like the pages you visit, items added to your cart and orders placed, together with device and browser details. Some of this may be shared with these platforms in hashed (coded) form so they can measure our ads and show you relevant ones.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and you can control personalised ads in your TikTok, Meta and Google ad settings. Some features, like the cart, may not work without cookies.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records as long as we need them to deliver, support and account for your order and to meet legal requirements – usually at least one year. You can ask us to delete your account details at any time.

6. Keeping It Safe

We use sensible measures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Since payment is Cash on Delivery, we never ask for card or bank details on this website.

7. Your Rights

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Stop receiving offers whenever you like.
