Shipping Policy

GudFinds ships across Pakistan. All orders are Cash on Delivery and delivery is free.

Delivery Charges

There is no delivery charge. The price on the product page is the full amount you pay the rider.

Confirming Your Order

After you order, our team contacts you on the mobile number you entered to confirm your order and address. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be put on hold or cancelled.

How Long It Takes

• Confirmed orders are normally handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
• Most parcels arrive within 2–7 working days of confirmation. Far-off areas may take a little longer.
• Public holidays, weather or courier load can cause delays, so these times are an estimate.

Paying the Rider

Pay in cash when the parcel reaches you. Before paying, you can check that the packet is sealed and not damaged. If it looks opened or damaged, do not accept it and contact us – we will send another one.

Tracking

Check your order on the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number, or WhatsApp us on 0345 2196669.

Your Address

Please write a complete address – house number, street, area, a nearby landmark and city – and keep your phone switched on. Parcels delayed or returned because of a wrong or incomplete address are not our responsibility.
